Having the right tool for a not so fun job makes life so much easier and this is the right tool!! This is a very good product and when I had a problem with a small leak, customer service was right there to help. They replaced the whole sprayer at no cost to me, no hoops to jump through like you get from some other companies. Very prompt, helpful, friendly customer service. If you're on the fence, buy it, you won't be sorry.

This battery powered sprayer was easy to assemble and allows the user to cover a lot more area than the typical hand pump sprayer of the same size. I really like that feature. The sprayer looks to be well made, and I think it will be durable if properly cared for. The sprayer is easy to clean after using and can be used for several different types of chemicals. There are several different types of nozzles included so it is versatile. Now the cons; The straps don't secure very well so you have to feel for the place to attach it once you get the sprayer on your shoulder with one of the straps, you can't see the attachment point so you have to find it with your fingers to secure it to the bottom of the sprayer. The nozzles and wands are finicky, if not adjusted just right are prone to leak. There are no definitive liquid measurement indicators on the tank only indentions at intervales which I assumed the top indention was 4.2 gallons.Today, 9-14-26 I received an email from NP Global customer service. They are sincerely interested in doing whatever it takes to make sure I am happy doing business with them. I am impressed they are interested in making it right.Though I wasn't overly impressed with this sprayer I can honestly say I wouldn't hesitate to do business with GP Global. They truly put their customers first.

It's working good battery , we'll have to see the last one went out with in the 1st year

Thing works awesome!!! Beats using a hand pump. You go through your spray material faster than you'd think. So walk around fast & you don't have to hold the trigger down to cover everything. Put the wand exactly where you need it & give it a quick touch of the trigger. It spreads it so evenly you don't need to hold the trigger down for long. Battery last a long time 2 sprays for me. Maybe 3.

Great sprayer, the pump on mine started leaking and customer support got it replaced. The customer support was awesome, I love buying from great companies.

PS Global has the best customer service you can find. I lost a small part in the lid and needed a replacement. what a great sprayer, rechargeable battery, don't have to hand pump anymore, holds move gallons so i don't have torefill as often, has a lot more pressure power

Customer service I would give a 5 star , Ivy has helped me since my issue with the sprayer wand forming small holes after using a bleach and water mixture , they sent me a replacement without any hesitation , I have had the sprayer for over a year used it a couple of times prior to the bleach and water mixture, overall it's good sprayer

I love this backpack sprayer! There are several nozzles to adjust the spray and now I am able to spray weeds without stopping to refill every gallon (like I used to have to do). The instructions are sparse, but sufficient. My unit did stop charging for some reason but we contacted customer service and they sent me a new unit right away. This is a great product and a very customer friendly company.

The distance this sprayer can reach is really impressive. I can reach most of a two-story house with siding cleaner from the ground. It came with a variety of nozzles which makes it very flexible for a number of tasks. I am very pleased with this unit and especially with the Customer Service support. It is truly exemplary.

I had the sprayer for about 2 years, a portion of the strayer wand rusted with water leaking from the rust. I contacted the company and was promptly sent a replacement wand without charge.

Great customer service and communication. Had a problem with the wand. I expected to pay for a new one, but they sent one at no charge. I highly recommend this company!

When it works, it has a decent range. But the Troubleshooting Guide is nearly worthless. When the unit stopped spraying, I took the bottom part off and then removed the battery (both are time-consuming) since the Guide suggested undoing and redoing the 2 battery attachment connections. That must be a left-over fix item from before since you can't do that to soldered and crimped connections. With no mention in the Guide to alert you, I then just happened to stumble on the little screen filter on the bottom of the spray chamber. It was plugged from the suspended solids of the pond spray I was using. So I removed it and cleaned it, and the spray pressure returned. The catch is that you cannot screw the filter back in. Whatever the mating part is inside the hole gets pushed in so no amount of pushing and turning will get the filter back in. Crappy design. So now I will have to run sprayer without the screen filter in place, which will likely ultimately destroy the pump impellers. Then I will have to return it. It does have a lifetime warranty, but you have to pay to ship the defective item back to them.Follow up 6/21/2026 Changed rating from 2 stars to 5 stars since their customer service sent me a replacement sprayer that is working just fine. They even followed up to make sure.

Sprayer itself worked great. I had issues with the metal wand, but customer service was fantastic and send me a replacement right away. Yes, you do get two wands in the box anyway, but since the first one wasn't working I wanted to make sure there would be no issues in the future. Worked perfectly. Ivy at customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Yes, you can find similar products on Amazon, but it's the seller that stands behind them that makes the difference. Really happy with the product, and with customer service! Bought it at the end of last season, and the weather turned wintery as soon as it arrived, so did t get the chance to even open the box. Come to find out this year. the charger wasn't in the box! I figured I was out of luck, given the months that had passed, but Nope! CS was freat--sent the charger right away. 😀Product works as hoped, and the days of lugging 150' of uncooperative hose to water our beds is OVER!!🎉 Still learning how all the nozzles work, and which is better for our purposes, but I'm looking forward to a much easier season watering our plants. 😀😀😀
